• Review that SLM processes and procedures are consistently maintained and up to date
• Ensures business requirements and issues are logged, recorded and submitted quarterly for management review and assessment.
• Generates Service Level Reports on service performance and helpdesk requests for each department quarterly.
• Ensures that all assigned contracts and license renewals are properly maintained, recorded , documented and up to date
• Fulfil submissions of new/existing Market Data Services subscriptions’ contract and users’ management.
• Negotiate the SLAs of agreements
• Coordinate the SLM processes and procedures and liaises with the concen teams and divisions in the Council accordingly. This is related to the following procedures:
o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
o Maintenance Agreements and renewals o Project agreements
o Market Data Service Subscriptions and renewals o Decomisioning of services
• Participate for and conducts regular reviews of the SLAs with the users, and negotiates and agrees any amendments necessary
• Contribute in the process of the Operation Level Agreements (OLA) with IT and other department/division.
• Resolves all assigned requests on time adhering to SLAs
• Ensures that invoices to be processed for payments are completed on time by adhering to SLAs
• Investigates issues and follows up to resolve escalated issues that are handled by the designated account manager from SLM Team
• Carries out regular audit of on services provided to the business and provides necessary information to the Service Catalogue Manager keeping the Service Catalogue up to date.
