Providing financial reports to the board of director
Managing the staff and motivate them to achieve the desired performance
Oversee operations and design the needed framework to meet department desired goals
Monitoring cash flow and predicting future trends
Maintaining and developing banks relationships & Managing company long term and short term loans
Make a regular meetings with management team regarding cash flow in order to assure that adequate control is in place
Manage the preparation of the company's annual budget
Prepare statutory financial statements
Make and review monthly presentation showing company financial reports and achievements
Providing working capital analysis
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
Coordinate with external auditors
Handling annually tax inspections and give the proper assist.
