Responsible for closing the books and in producing monthly Profit & Loss statements.
Maintaining all proper documentation for all financial matters such as Purchases, Fixed Assets Register, Disposals, etc.
Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loans and notes receivables, cash flow projections, deferred income accounts, etc.
Compile, enter and post monthly adjusting journal entries.
Responsible for payroll monthly journal entries and reconciling monthly reports
Responsible for the processing of the daily cash and other charge transactions.
Perform monthly bank and merchant reconciliation’s.
Analyzes financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability.
Keeps abreast of laws and regulations that apply to a particular staff function or field of professional expertise to maintain up-to-date compliance with clear and precise documentation.
