Title: Head of HR
Reports to: CEO
Location: Bahrain
The incumbent would be responsible for:
- Preparing the consolidated HR budget
- Implementation of training plans
- Participate in Recruitment
- Maintain and update organization charts and Job descriptions
- Manage performance appraisals
- Implementing grading processes
- Manage the HR Operations , Recruitment, Admin, Training & Development
Experience:
- Should have minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience
- Banking experience is preferred
- Hold relevant professional qualifications
- Have relevant GCC experience
