Business Services Manager/ Director / Partner
Michael Page is working with a regional leading, proactive and highly regarded Kent based firm of accountants, looking to recruit the right Senior Manager / Salaried Partner to join this Business Services team and successful firm, in a role offering genuine progression towards partnership on a clear and negotiable timescale.
The firm has an excellent reputation across Kent, London, the wider South East and further afield, for providing quality services and added value project work to its varied client base across ltd companies, OMBs in varied industries.
Due to a strategy for growth, development and with succession to plan for within the firms Dartford operations the partners are looking for the right individual who can develop the firm and progress within the organisation.
Joining at Senior Manager or salaried Partner, you will have the expected responsibilities of managing a client portfolio covering a wide range of business sectors, including manufacturing, corporate, agriculture, tourism and leisure etc, delivering accounting, management accounting and taxation services and providing business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets. The clients are typically below the audit threshold and the portfolio of work can be moulded around the individual.
Alongside this, a key part of your role will involve actively becoming a part of the local business community, networking, developing relationships and looking to further the growth and development of the firms client base. The opportunity therefore provides a genuine chance to develop towards partnership with the associated skills required and you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to step up into this level of role within a negotiable and realistic timescale, dependent on your motivations, experience and discussions.
ACA, ACCA qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice at Senior Manager or salaried Associate, Director or Partner Designate level. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to or over the audit threshold, with and emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work. You will be looking to step up into a partner level role and be able to demonstrate the skills required with business development and relationship building skills.

£75,000 - £100,000 dependent on experience, background and level, negotiable, plus benefits
