With new project ventures and activity increasing there is a requirement for a Finance Analyst to join a well established finance team in Galway city. Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team on a joint venture localisation project. The role will focus on cost management, control and analysis, with full responsibility for the accuracy and precision of the project cost calculations. This is very interesting and challenging role where you will be involved on the ground on a new international project. Your duties will include: Recording and reporting on costs incurred during the localisation of technology Transfer pricing of the component products and raw materials Analysis, development and implementation of cost processes on-site to ensure complete accuracy of records and alignment with company policy. Business partnering with Global locations to ensure company best practice is implemented. What you'll need to succeed You will need a business/accounting degree and professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferably trained in a BIG 4 practice with 5+ years experience in cost management roles. Expertise in SAP and financial management systems is essential. As the role involves working with international and cross-functional teams, you must have excellent business partnering skills and collaborative work ethic. Creative and solutions-focused individuals would be ideal for this role.
