Head of Accounts Payable

The client are one of the largest real estate and property management companies in the UK. They specialise in office spaces across London, and retail spaces across the UK. They are based in South West London (Victoria) and they have an un-matched company culture. They are looking for someone to join their team as the Head of Accounts Payable, and help manage a team of 8.

The client are a huge real estate property management company that specialise in some of the largest office spaces in London, and also large retail projects across the UK. Their office is based in South West London (approximately 20m from Victoria station), and they are looking for someone to join their team as the Head of Accounts Payable.

Description

The successful Head of Accounts Payable will be:

• Managing a team of 8 direct reports
• Setting he team's goals and KPI's on a weekly basis
• Creating reports for the Group Financial Controller on a weekly basis
• 3-way matching (GRNI)
• Ensure the timely payment of invoices by the team
• Automation of the Accounts Payable process
• Regular liaising with the key stakeholders within the business
• Manage the travel expense system

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have a working knowledge of GRNI
• Have a similar number of direct reports at the moment
• Have experience with a manual Accounts Payable system, and have gone through the automation process of one
• Have experience dealing with very high value invoices and payment runs
• Be excellent on Excel
• Have minimum 2/3 years experience managing a similar size team
