Our client is a leading consulting services company global presence; they have created a new headcount to cope with the business expansion in the APAC region.
About the job
In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and APAC CEO and leading a team of five. You are responsible to conduct risk analysis and assessment on existing vendors and new businesses; You will lead the team to revamp the process flow, improve profitability and report to the CEO on the latest trends in Asia and educate business leaders on the control framework. You should have experience in leading, identifying complex contract issues and advising country heads with commercial feasible solutions. You should have vast amount of experience in contract review, monitoring on obligations and ensuring the new projects compile with the group policy.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in relevant experience
- Knowledge of regulatory / statutory policies and industry best practices.
- Solid experience in contract review and SOX, compliance and accounting/audit
- Prior consulting experience and MBA holder is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Less experience candidate might be considered for the Manager opening
