Our client is a market leader in their space with global footprint. Due to growing importance of the internal audit & compliance department, they have newly created a Senior Manager/deputy head position to support the growth.
about the job
As a Senior Manager/Deputy Head for the department, you will be closely working alongside with other MDs in the business and managing a team of seven. You will directly report to the Head of Internal Audit. You should have worked in MNC with solid experience in formulating and implementing internal controls and anti - corruption framework across the region. You should also have exposure in risk assessment and investigation.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years experience in MNC environment
- Experience in managing a team and ability to interact with senior executives
- Exposure to risk assessment, investigationa and compliance is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
