Our team is growing and we are searching for professionals (100%) for the General Administration.
The working place is Nassau. We offer a package of an appropriate salary and social insurance.
Scope of activity within the company:
* Coordination of meetings with Banks, auditors and other professionals
* Preparing of documents for account opening with banks and brokers
* Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
* Preparing of payment orders for banks and brokers
* Supporting the board of directors
* Cooperation in projects
* Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
* Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
* Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
* Good communication skills
* Good MS-Office skills
* Accurate working methods
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivated
* Team spirit
* The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
* Perfect knowledge of the Spanish language
