· The preparation of reconciliations (bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable) and correction of discrepancies
· Relations with external partners for the development of required records (bank, tax authorities)
· The relationship with the bank to ensure the smooth running of all banking transactions including the negotiation of charges, interest and exchange rates.
· The coordination of all financial activities (cash) and fiscal (tax calculation, statements, adjustments, taxable income)
· Prepare tax payments
· Estimate and track tax returns
· Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
· Organize and update the company’s tax database
· Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
· Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
