Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a UK wide well respected services business with key finance offices based in Leeds.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting in to a CIMA qualified Finance Director, responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, budgeting and forecasting, revenue recognition and analysis, year end reporting, group reporting, and taking a lead for data management across the organisation.
The business has recently made a number of acquisitions, and this role will therefore involve future due diligence and involvement in integration projects.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Have a good assistant management accountant/finance analyst background
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
£26,000 - £30,000 + full ACCA/CIMA study support + 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + season ticket loan + pension scheme + walking distance from public transport links
