My client requires an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to come in and join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be starting from Tuesday and the role will be based in West London so candidates must be able to commute to this location.

They are a vibrant company to work for where you will require a strong work ethic but will have fun at the same time. You will be working with a variety of clients so strong communication skills and attention to detail are key.

Description

The role will include:

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Downloading charges from online credit card statement
  • Invoicing to clients
  • Processing expenses and reconciling with receipts
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with hotels/tour operators and suppliers

Profile

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with Sage line 50
  • Good Excel ability - Vlookups/Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be immediately available
  • Be able to commute easily to West London

Job Offer

Accounts Payable/Accounts Assistant

Temporary to permanent opportunity based in West London

£14-16 per hour with a permanent salary up to £30,000
