Job Description
Supervise general accounting functions / Account Payable, Account Receivable, ensuring appropriate timeliness, accuracy, also responsible for consolidated report Coordinate with cross functions on ERP implementation Manage to make timely business analysis of accounting information the balance sheet accounts, sub-ledger accounts, income statements. Provide supervision to proper recording of invoice entries, proper accounting for managed facilities and those assets in our care are properly managed. Lead the monthly and year-end closing to assure meeting internal deadlines. Oversee the daily accounting operations, manage the month end close and reporting. Responsible for annual budget and quarterly forecast. Supervise team to do and approve ledger entries. Manage the annual audit process. Work with Finance director to streamline process between Dongguan, HK & Switzerland. Manage monthly / quarterly / annual tax filing to Tax department (Only Dongguan sites)
Skill & Education
University Degree or above in Accounting or equivalent, certification in Accounting is preferred At least 10 years relevant accounting experience with 2 year in managerial role (MNC is preferred) Proficient in Excel Experienced in managing full-set accounting book Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin Knowledge of oracle system preferred Hands-on experience on communicating with tax and other government agencies
