General Responsibilities
of the positionResponsible ofAisa Financeteam management. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and adhoc analysis reports in a timely manner.Monitor the bookkeeping process in ERP and ensure theaccuracy and the documentation of the financial information.Liaise with auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutoryorganizations to ensure government compliance.Responsible of the company's treasury and its weeklycash flow reporting.Manage the preparation of thecompany's budget and forecasts, and provide variance analysis with actualperformance.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reductionopportunities and how to enhance financial performance.Advise management on the financial implications ofbusiness activities and support operational departments.Maintain and improved a documented system ofaccounting policies and procedures.Develop financial management mechanisms that minimizefinancial risk.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of finance experience, with 4 years ina similar position. (Audit experience a plus).Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.(International company a plus).CPA accountant or a comparable qualification through abachelor. Experience with ERP accounting. (Microsoft Dynamics AXa plus.)Self-starter and team player with demonstratedinterpersonal and management skills as well as a cultural empathy.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data tounderstand implications to the operations.Detailed oriented while having the ability to see thebig picture.Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookupsand pivot tables.Ability to work in a fast paced environment, jugglemultiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.Must have a positive work attitude with unquestionedintegrity and ethics.Native in Chinese and fluent in English (written and verbally). French a plus.
