Accounts Payable Manager

An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a team of 5 in an active and motivated purchase ledger team. Overseeing everything from approving payment runs to cash flow forecasting.

They are well renowned in their market, very well established and constantly expanding, creating opportunities for development, both on a team and individual level, as their role in the market continues to grow. They're currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Manager.

Description

• Manage Accounts Payable in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Strategically execute processes within the Accounts Payable department
• Manage the processing of accounts payable invoices and credit Notes
• Perform month-end Accounts Payable closing responsibilities including journal entries, accrual entries, and reconciliations
• Take on special projects and one-off requests as they arise
• Forecasting responsibilities

Profile

The successful Candidate will:

• Have experience managing multiple entities
• Ability to analyse and make recommendations to improve internal processes
• An advance knowledge of the entire AP process
• able to travel into Chelmsford or Romford
