The client is a large Professional Services Organisation with reach across the UK with a Head Office in Woking, dealing with different sectors including defence.
With numerous live contracts this is a growing, thriving company with a very busy accounts team.
With a large restructure taking place they are seeking a Trainee who wants their first exposure or experience in a finance team
Description
As a Trainee Accounts assistant you will be reporting into the Accountant, your duties will include:
Accounts Payable Invoicing
Accounts Receivable Invoicing
Reconciliations
Dealing with customer queries
Processing refunds
Producing customer accounts
Liaising with multiple departments
Cash reconciliations
There is an aim for this role to grow over the next 24 months, but study support will not be provided for anything other than AAT
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be looking for their first entry level role in accounts/finance whilst studying AAT
- Be a team player
- Have strong communication skills
