-Determine proper accounting methods
-Determine proper basis allocations (such as on multiple buildings)
-Supervise the preparations of financial statements
-Coordinate the preparation of reporting items including cash, construction accrual, retention, work in progress, fixed asset schedule, inventory, accounts payable activity reports etc
-Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by accountants.
-Manage the internal accounting software package
-Monitor payments to third party
-Manage the monthly construction loan draw submittal process
