Accounts & Finance Executive, SLT

We are hiring for an Accounts & Finance Executive

• Reconciliation with other parties
• Creation of new Customers and Products in the system
• Setting discounts on Customers as per agreement
• Setting products prices as prices update
• Co-ordination with E-Commerce Team regarding the Payment Partners and Mistore Online Receiving
• Follow-up of Payments of Daraz.pk and other corporate accounts.
• Calculation of Incentive of WholeSale cash and Credit parties, Corporate and Online customers and posting in the ledgers.
• Calculations of WhoelSale Team Incentive on Sales and Recovery Basis against the given target and disburse.
• Calculation and Posting of Lower Portion in Customers Ledger on Monthly basis.
• Invoicing of sale order by keeping in mind the right discount is applicable on the respective customers as per agreement.
• Calculation of Rebate and post it in customer ledgers.
• Prepare the Invoices for banks for Discounting Facilities.
• Calculation and Checking and Disbursement of Staff Salary.
• Co-ordination with after-sales regarding the after-sales payment and enter them in the system.
• Checking daily voucher of BRV and JV’s regarding the receivables.
• Any other task is given by higher authorities/Management/Directors.

Education: Masters Certification

Degree Title: MBA / M.Com / Equivalent, ACCA / CMA / Equivalent

Career Level: Experienced Professional

Experience: 5 Years
