Client Details

Due to extensive growth and a change in software, a leading FMCG brand is looking for an accounts payable administrator to join them for an initial 3 month contract.

You will be working in the general accounting team and report into the accounts manager.

They are looking to speak with candidates who have 3 years + experience in accounts payable, but will provide the necessary training to get you up to speed on their system, SAP.

The role is located near Clapham Junction, South West London.

Description

• Entering invoices onto the system
• Checking payment terms
• Checking credit card and employee expenses
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Filing payment runs
• Dealing with internal/external queries
• Managing the accounts mailbox
• Reviewing creditor balances

Profile

• 3 years + experience in finance administration
• Accurate and great attention to detail
• Great team player
• able to start immediately and committed to an initial 3 month role
• Flexible attitude
• Very organised
• Knowledge of relevant accounts packages such as SUN, CODA, or similar would be beneficial
• Minimum Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
