Page Personnel are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a UK leading manufacturing business in Tameside.

Client Details

A progressive manufacturing business, and a leader in its field with strong staff retention rates, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Description

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk with report to the Purchase Ledger Manager, and will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing payments
  • Processing invoices
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Be responsible for payment of invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Profile

The successful candidates will have:

  • Recent knowledge of working in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role - ESSENTIAL
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLookups and Pivot Tables) - ESSENTIAL
  • Working knowledge of Sage and/or SAP - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent teamwork skills - ESSENTIAL
