Senior Financial AnalystAbout The CompanyTeam size 30 peopleThey are looking to hire someone that could be bench strength that would be prepared for a manager role once they promote someone in dept.Every person in the department has a succession plan110 countries at more than 200 vacation ownership resortsMulti billion in revenueCompany has reputation for tenure and good benefitsResponsibilitiesDeliver gross arrivals and net occupancy goals in plan relative to applicable assigned resorts, including achieving mix of owner and nonowner gross arrivals and maximizing total inventory utilization across all usage channels (Club, Exchange, Marketing and Rental).With leadership, develop an annual gross arrivals budget for applicable assigned resorts.Gross arrivals forecast drivers, variance to budget and prior forecast analysis, including quantifying business impact (such as unplanned maintenance). Assist Analysts in forecasting reservation and arrivals pace in relation to monthly targets, considering maintenance.Deliver developer inventory in plan to rental to support Developer Obligation offset relative to applicable assigned resorts.Track performance to plan and identifying opportunities to drive incremental utilization based on current and historical trends.Ensure monthly inventory allocations, blockings and reconciliations are current for assigned resorts.Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, effectively working directly with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality and Finance partners. Taking a lead role in monthly gross arrivals forecast calls.Strong in the compilation and interpretation of data from internal systems for business performance measurement purposes, providing custom views to leadership as needed. Hands–on in the development, delivery, and assessment of recurring KPI reporting.Responsible for achieving deliverable deadlines as defined by leadership.Learn and understand various inventory types/products sold and inventory use rights applicable to assigned resorts.Timely documenting operational processes applicable to assigned resorts.Provide direct support to resort based teams to monitor short and long term inventory plans.
