- Responsibility for financial accounting with regard to Swiss law
- Consolidation of quarter-end accounts at group level (3 Swiss companies with 3 branches abroad and support to 2 subsidiaries abroad)
- Responsible for annual report as well as annual invoicing according to Swiss regulations
- Coordination with external auditors
- Direct and indirect tax declarations and coordination with tax authorities (with support of tax consultant)
- VAT chain transactions, triangulations, intra-community deliveries
- Insurance management in corporation with group insurance department and external broker
- Cash management and coordination of liquid funds
- Follow up of the intercompany account
- Coordination with Account Payables and Treasury shared resource
- Degree or higher education in Accounting (Federal Certificate or Bachelor/Master degree)
- In-depth and profound relevant experience in Accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP, IFRS and IAS standards
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of German and/or French
- Excellent communication skills paired with a well-organized and methodical approach
- High autonomy and reliability in combination with good problem solving skills and productivity
