Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance & Sales Incentives, Global Consumer Financial Services, you will play a vital role in driving the performance of the business through the governance and effective administration of the various incentive schemes and management of the annual sales incentives budget.

Managing a team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Group HR, CFS Sales Leaders and BP&A finance counterparts in the administration of quarterly incentive payment cycle and managing the annual sales incentives budget.
  • C reate, manage, and roll-out sales compensation plans, across multiple business segments, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all quarterly submission provided to HR (Payroll).
  • L ead and drive the incentive compensation design-to-deployment process for specific business groups including: working with executive leaders to understand strategic business objectives, assessing the success of current incentives, proposing new incentive designs, securing final decisions and approvals, and communicating new incentives to leaders .
  • Conduct training to frontline sales staff on various incentives and recognition programmes.
  • F acilitate sales compensation escalation review, track and communicate appeal decisions, and implement outcomes
  • Secretariat to the Quarterly Sales Incentives & Governance committee
  • Focus on improving standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives to generate a high-level of accuracy and efficiency in the commissions and data-gathering process


Qualifications
Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline - Finance / Accountancy / Economics / Computer Science with over 10 years related working experience.
  • Broad-based understanding of consumer and wealth management business and product dynamics.
  • Possess strong commercial judgement, professional maturity and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication - influencing, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong business partnering experience - significant experience of working with senior management team - collaborate, influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task, and lead through ambiguities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in presentation skills and capability in PowerPoint, including ability to tell stories with data in support of recommendations.
