Minimum Experience: Two (2) years Payroll ad Accounting (Pastel up to trial balance). Afrikaans fluent: reading, writing and communicating.

Qualifications and Competencies:

- Matric
- BCom degree in Accounting or Financial Management (either completed or in progress) or other relevant financial qualification
- Own Transport and Driver License

Experience / Knowledge:

- Minimum 2 years Payroll experience - essential
- Pastel Accounting (everything up to trial balance) - essential
- Microsoft Excel & Word - essential
- SARS E-Filing and EMP201 & EMP501 returns - essential
- CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission) - essential
- Workman's Compensation (WCA) - essential
- Streamline - advantageous
- CaseWare - advantageous
- Drafting of Financial Statements - advantageous
- Taxation - calculating & submission of tax returns - advantageous

Basic Functions:

- Payroll administration in all aspects
- VAT & Income Tax Calculations
- Submissions to SARS
- Capturing on Pastel
- Drafting financial statements
