A newly created full-time, permanent Accounts Assistant job located in Poole with easy transport links.

Your new company
You will be joining a fantastic, dynamic company based in Poole with excellent transport links and parking options. This company has a friendly, family feel to it and they are recruiting for this newly created role on the back of the sustainable growth they have experienced in recent years.

Your new role
You will be assisting the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the accounts department.
  • bank reconciliations
  • allocating payments and receipts
  • preparing and posting sales invoices
  • raising credits
  • resolving queries
  • maintaining records and posting transactions to the system

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a keen eye for detail as well as an enthusiastic, can-do attitude. You will be a good communicator, able to liaise at all levels of the business. It is expected that you will have had experience in a similar role and are IT literate. You will also need to hold an AAT level 2 qualification or above.
