The Role: Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Strategic Analysis (FP&A), this role plays a critical part in data management & analytics, the creation of projections and the development of strategic initiatives. The role will perform analysis to evaluate the global business (North America, UK and Germany) across a 5–product portfolio. This role will work cross–functionally across many teams including Finance, Marketing, Data Technology and Operations with a focus on 2 key areas: Financial forecasting, analysis & reporting Responsible for revenue and expense reporting and analysis to manage ongoing business performance Work alongside the Senior Revenue & Strategy Manager to interpret sales and customer data and develop best practices for market–specific sales and pricing strategies Support the FP&A Manager and Management Team with various ad hoc analysis including cash flow management, Board communications & reporting and projects related to long–term business strategy Customer analytics and Salesforce management Working closely with the Senior Enterprise Architect, the candidate will be the lead on all data requests, dashboard optimizations, and ongoing data management Responsible for scoping and project management of all incoming data requests Manage and oversee synchronization of data between Salesforce and our external ticketing system Responsible for retrieving and managing large data sets, building Salesforce reports and performing Salesforce admin tasks The Traits: Problem–solver with the ability to extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data Strong management of stakeholders and tasks Team player who can excel in a fast–paced work environment Attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals in remote locations including international offices and event teams on the road Must work well in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously The Experience: Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant analytics experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Advanced Salesforce reporting & admin experience Advanced SQL skills preferred but not required Google Analytics experience preferred but not required
