Sawyer Wealth Management is an established financial management firm in the Baltimore region. We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to run our Tax Department. If this sounds like you, then please read on!

Job Brief???Our ideal candidate has in–depth knowledge of personal tax planning, business tax planning, and case design. You should also be able to monitor daily transactions and recommend ways we can improve our clients' financial health. Previous work experience, along with a Bachelor's degree and a CPA qualification is required for this role.
Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our clients' financial operations, ensuring compliance with the law and accuracy in accounting. You will work closely Sawyer Wealth Management's principals and attend meetings with clients.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare tax returns for individuals and businessesIdentify and communicate tax planning opportunitiesAssist business clients with QuickBooksParticipate in client meetingsDraft and deliver various components of the financial planSupport lead advisors in a variety of routine responsibilities and special projects

Qualifications/RequirementsThree to seven years Finance experienceBachelor's Degree RequiredCPA Designation Required
