About the Job
Role purpose:
To continuously provide High Quality processing to achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction within the specified Performance Level Agreements
Responsible for execution of correct accounting and processing of payments, that include timely Reconciliations and Reporting.
Principal Accountabilities:
Review invoices and check requests
Sort and match invoices and check duplicates
Account invoices for payment
Process all payment requests
Reconciliation of vendor Statement
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Produce monthly reports
Assist in month end closing
Maintenance of Fixed Assets & Reporting
