Responsibilities:
*Perform analysis in a logical and structured manner to translate key financial and commercial aspects of a transaction into useful insights
*Review and analyse historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks affecting considerations
*Own all the areas of engagement and risk management
*Assist clients with key decisions by considering market best practices when developing financial models for pricing, debt and equity structuring

Requirements:
*Experience in financial consulting (Financial Advisory/ Corporate Finance) or Investment Banking/ Merchant Banking
*Previous exposure to business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, financial modelling and restructuring
*Recognised Accounting qualification
*Bilingual (English and Arabic)
