This is an exciting opportunity for switched on professional credit controllers to join a large company and a growing team.

Page are proud to represent this Large facilities company in canary wharf, the opportunity is for a credit controller with strong experience and understanding of a collections process.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collection of debt owed
  • Reducing DSO status
  • Ensuring strong working relationships are maintained
  • Work alongside a collections team and share information
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Updating information onto Navision
  • Sending invoices electronically
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Following up queries and documents with our Commercial team and Operations Managers
  • Researching customer accounts
  • Tracking and recording payments
  • Proactively contacting clients for payment arrangements
  • Managing the Sales Ledger

    The successful credit controller will:

    • Be a well polished individual
    • Work well in a fast paced collection environment
    • Be able to explain in detail a full collections process
    • Have 3+ years exposure in a collection role
    • Work under own supervision with no micro managing
    • Have clear communication skills
    • Be passionate and driven to achieve targets set
