Description

A market leading accountancy practice, based in Plymouth is searching for a qualified ACA / ACCA Corporate Services Senior / Assistant Manager to join their highly successful team managing a varied portfolio in a role and firm providing career progression and development. You will be responsible for a varied portfolio of non-audit focused clients, across a range of industry sectors, including significant sized larger corporates, OMBs, SMES, Limited companies and smaller sub audit threshold, OMBS, SMEs, sole-traders and partnerships in a client facing role, building relationships and progressing in your accounting career.

You will manage an extensive portfolio of clients overseeing budgets, time and the delivery of a quality service, reviewing work and developing your team. You will deliver quality accounts and tax and other associated compliance services. You will assist with the coaching and development of staff, from new recruit to qualified seniors, both on-site and back in the office and identify and raise business development opportunities with new and existing clients.

Profile

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant relevant experience in an accountancy practice background at Corporate Services Senior / Assistant Manager level. You will have experience in the delivery of accounts preparation and associated, all round services to a mixed client base.
