Internal Audit Manager
Based in stunning offices in Canary Wharf, this Manager role sits in a small Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management internal audit team working within a Big4 firm. Although part of a large firm, it is run as its own business with an entrepreneurial feel and ethos and a high calibre and collaborative team.
There is a real team environment with everyone getting a commercial view on the business and ability to add value. Flexible working is actively encouraged and actually happens providing a genuine work-life balance so often hard to achieve in the Big4. There is very limited travel requirement.
They are innovators who have completely redesigned their offering and now as well as full outsourcing offer a preferred supplier co-source model. This means that the team are dedicated partners to clients not jumping from client to client and project to project. This provides continuity of work and relationships resulting in improved client service and team experience. For example, the team will attend client management meetings, planning sessions, offsite training and team building days etc.
Managing a portfolio of key London clients and team of consultants, you should come with a sound knowledge of internal audit within the insurance or asset and wealth management field. Previous professional services experience is required.
