Market leading real estate investment company based in Central London is recruiting for two roles within their property accounting team, both at Part Qualified level.

Market leading real estate investment company based in Central London.
Description
Reporting to the Finance manager your role will including:
- Preparation of month end reporting packs
- Year end reporting
- Preparation of investment accounting packs
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgets and variance analysis
- Cash management including bank reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and journals
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Service charge and rent fees
- Intercompany reconciliations
Profile
Part Qualified at ACCA or CIMA
Strong accounting skills including financial reporting knowledge
Software - Yardi preferred
Good Excel level
Real Estate exposure and knowledge
