- Leading and supporting other accounting colleagues
- Accounting work for corporate clients and reconciliation with sub-systems (payroll, Salesforce)
- Creditor administration and execution of specific payments
- Periodical declaration of VAT, calculation of tax provision and preparation of tax return for the service and holding companies
- Monthly management reporting
- Year-end tasks and support of statutory audit
- Preparation of the statutory financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations
- Elaborating and reviewing of notes to the financial statements
- Preparation of group reporting packages for your entities according to IFRS
- Liaising with external auditors and our internal tax department for statutory audits and the preparation of tax declaration
- Participation in local finance projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Federal Diploma in Accounting with proven track record in financial accounting and administration of Swiss entities
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international working environment
- Able to supervise and support colleagues in the accounting department (local and group wide)
- Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written
