Accounts Receivable Assistant
6mth FTC
Livingston
Change Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an international organisation based in the Livingston who have a need for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for the generation of outgoing invoices to customers
• Assist in creation campaigns for billing
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information prior to producing an invoice
• Work closely with the credit control team to ensure timely processing and provision of information to assist with the credit collection process
• Ensure that all necessary compliance and SAO controls are adhered
• Continuously challenging existing processes to propose and implement continuous improvement to drive efficiencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc activities in line with business requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable
• Experienced in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational and planning skills with a high attention to detail
• SAP (desirable)
• Excellent Microsoft skills, including excel
