  • P&L reporting - weekly management accounts
  • Strategic insight and financial planning
  • Short-term budget
  • 10-year business plan
  • Pricing strategy analysis
  • Sales and trend analysis - review sales trends internally and externally
  • Sales Forecasting - Weekly sales forecasts utilised against labour scheduling and food ordering
  • Supply/Inventory chain management:
  • Coordinate with master franchisor international inventory
  • Organise delivery into depot
  • Monitor stock usage vs forecast and potential shortfalls
  • Demand planning across the supply chain
  • Day-to-day 3rd party logistic management
  • New Product Development - part of a panel reviewing feasibility and suitability of potential new lines
  • Costing - ensure accurate full costings of all lines across the business including importation
  • Investment Analysis - NSO profitability review
  • Systems maintenance - maintain products and recipes on BI system, monitor errors
  • Manage a team of 3 operational analysts advise, support and develop reporting and scheduling across the business
  • Business Partnering:Marketing - reports and analysis / Procurement - forecasts and costings

- Key point of contact across the business regarding sales, inventory and systems


  • Qualified Finance - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Strong Excel
  • Relevant sector experience is a plus

Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 + 25 days holiday + Pension
