1-Manage the facilities agreement with banks and working on securing new sources of funds.
2-Working closely with potential investors and satisfying their requirements.
3-Building several types of financial models based on the company’s objectives.
4-Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
5-Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
6-Maintain banking relationships.
7-Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
8-Arrange for equity financing and debt financing.
9-Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction and investment opportunities.
10-Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report variances on a monthly basis.
11-Maintain accuracy of records and compliance with the IFRS.
12-Ensure that all accounting entries are supported with valid documentation.
13-Work with external auditors throughout the process of preparing the audited financial statements of the Company.
14-Perform month-end closing process, including review of GL entries, preparing accruals and other closing journals as necessary.
15-Close periods after approving all journal entries and open the next one and ensure that the periodic account closing activities are done on a timely and accurate basis.
16-Supervise the accountants while performing General Ledger activities.
17-Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
18-Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
19-Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
20-Participate in target costing activities to create products that meet predetermined price goals
21-Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
22-Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
