We are looking for a high–energy, experienced financial planning and analysis professional to provide unparalleled business analysis.Essential Functions And Responsibilities.Analyze company's and business groups' financial performance.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Compile and analyze large data sets for reporting.Enhance and maintain a detailed financial model.Prepare financial presentations for company management.Drive monthly KPI reporting.Develop and implement a company dashboard.Perform ad hoc financial analysis for s other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.Qualifications And Education RequirementsBS in Finance or Accounting.2–5 years of experience in finance / business.Prior experience in a fast moving / innovative technology environment.Working for a SaaS environment a plus.Working with Salesforce and reporting tools a plus.Preferred SkillsStrong and clear written and verbal communication skills."Can–do" attitude and a strong connection to team success.Ability to problem solve and contribute to process improvement efforts.Able to maintain confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Great collaboration skills with ability to interact with a professional demeanor at all times with all members of the organization.Ability to work in a fast–paced environment with changing processes and workflows.Strong customer service skills with ability to quickly shift between task completion and frequent interruptions from internal clients/customers.Advance skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.WLQOzUTMDS
