The successful candidate will play a critical role in partnering with the senior management team in strategic decision making and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed performance objectives. Responsibilities will include revenue and gross margin forecasting and analysis, as well as base cost planning, management and analysis. Key areas will also include financial policy and procedure compliance, and ongoing maintenance of GAAP based best practices. The Finance Director will report directly to the President of Eberle Design, Inc. with matrixed reporting to the CFO of Ennis–Flint, Inc.
DETAILED TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all accounting functions for the company's various operations to include: Job Cost Accounting, Asset Management, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger; Responsible for planning, oversite, review, and adherence to the budgets for each business department; Interpret complex financial information and provide updates as needed to each department head; Prepare & review official reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis; Facilitate & coordinate annual audit with outside auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting; Coordinates Risk Management with the President of EDI for the company's various operations; Responsible for MRP maintenance and updates; Facilitate finance/accounting department to interface with each department to support daily operations and reduce costs.; Design & maintain proper internal control procedures and processes to ensure segregation of duties; timely & effectively day–to–day finance/accounting operations to support company business processes; Supervise accounting/finance staff and other employees in the facilitation of day–to–day operations, including cash receipts, invoicing, payables, payroll, etc.; Design, implement, and maintain inventory control mechanisms to ensure accurate reporting for the company's various operations Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting,
or related field Master's degree and/or CPA preferred Manufacturing accounting experience highly preferred. 10+ years' experience in a senior finance position Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables, and other business software Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Infor Visual Financial & Manufacturing), ad–hoc report writing abilities Strong IT skills Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure Interested Candidates Please Email Resume For Consideration To: Category: Finance , Keywords: Finance Director
