Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY89yj_zSIo The Job Purpose of the role Working to support all teams within the eSSC, the Travel and Expenses Analyst will report into the Travel and Expenses Assistant Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Efficiently and effectively execute the auditing of expense reports ensuring adherence to company policy. Adhere to policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of the role. Ensuring data/records are kept up to date through accurate data checking, classification, reporting, input, filing and database management. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of all records and files. Support and assist in the filing process. Sorting and distribution of incoming post. Team Player Any additional ad hoc duties that may arise. Who you are: A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and assisting others A willingness and ability to consistently provide quality, friendly service to customers. Knowledge of Concur an advantage. Strong IT Skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Email A flexible attitude in adapting to new and varied work requests. Superior attention to detail Good communication skills, written and verbal. Including good telephone manner.
