Collections Engineer- (Temporary Role for 6 months)

What is your tribe mission?

To deliver leading Fraud, Financial Crime and Retail Decisioning and Collections enterprise services, which support our customers in Australia and Institutional Divisions and which enable ANZ to meet its customer, risk, regulatory and compliance obligations.

What will Your Day look like?
As a Collections Engineer you will design, build, unit-test and support implementations of Collections Platform for ANZ. You will partner closely with Product Owner to understand the requirements and to ensure the delivery of work meets customer expectations.



What will be in your toolkit?

• Good development Skills on Tallyman and PCC on Windows/UNIX OS with both SQL Server and Oracle as backend
  
• Understand customer needs to make sound judgments
  
• Have a thirst and willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies bringing benefits into the Tech Area
  
• Experience in development and supporting Tallyman and Collections in PCC suite of applications
  
• Solid experience in Java and/or groovy
  
• Proven understanding and experience on real time integration patterns and solution implementation based on these patterns
  
• Working Experience on at least one Scheduling Tool, Control M is desirable
  
• Has experience with of Windows/Unix/Linux scripting skills
  
• Good knowledge of Collections Processes in Banking Domain to design functional solutions for good Customer Outcome
  
• Pays attention to the detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality applications that delight customers.
  

You might also have the following specialised skills:

• Experience working with operations and architecture groups developing scalable and supportable applications.
  
• Experience is Groovy Scripting and Solution creation around Connectivity/Experian Transact products is desirable.
  
• Ability to Understand Problems around PCC and Tallyman, and troubleshoot them in a Windows UNIX, Oracle and SQL based environment.
  
• Knowledge of Dev Ops Automation tools, such as Bamboo, Udeploy, Artifactory, Jenkins etc.
  
• Ability to triage and diagnose defects/issues across the whole infrastructure (Windows, UNIX, storage etc.…)
  
• Knowledge of WAS 8.5.5.x onwards
  
• Understanding of ANZ landscape
