Description
Main Duties:
- Day to day management of the treasury function and being the main contact for bank queries.
- Making sure bank reconciliations performed on a regular basis and timely.
- Actively being involved in the month-end process, responsible for the accruals and prepayments and making sure that the month-end process running to the set timetable within the area of the Accountant responsibilities.
- Stock & cash management
- Reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts.
- Perform variance analysis of some of the cost and investigate any differences.
- Produce on a weekly and a monthly basis internal reporting within required time framework and to deal with any queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Assist senior accountant with various tasks
- Liaison with other departments.
- Manage 3 clerks
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Part - Qualified ACCA/ CIMA
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in finance.
- People management skills are essential.
- Very well organised, good time management skills with the commitment to delivery on deadlines.
- Confident self starter with sound analytical skills, able to operate under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Broad all round systems and PC skills
- Team worker and good at building relationships.
