Job Description

You will Lead our Client Relationship Team, establishing and maintaining strong and long-standing client relationships, monitoring client profitability, risk management, cross selling and growing your client portfolio.

You’ll also need to create and maintain strong and effective relationships with the wider group and clients, in order to further build on our team culture.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met.

Using your experience, you will develop appropriate pricing strategies for all services. You will review of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) against services provided and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will be conducting regular profitability reviews of nominated clients, you’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant issues and put forward any recommendations and work in collaboration with the team to help find an appropriate solution.

You will be responsible for identifying and maximising business development opportunities within client portfolio.

Having excellent communication skills is key, as you will act as the clients’ point of escalation for significant service issues and project delivery following through with initiating and leading remediation plans where appropriate.

It is essential that you follow the correct processes and procedures to help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your initiative to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.

  • Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) desirable
  • 3 + years PQE
  • 5+ years working in the private fund accounting / administration sector
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and internal client stakeholders
  • Experience of managing an accounting operations team preferable
