Client Implementation Project Manager
IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Client Implementation team. This role sits within a very busy sales environment and implementation team – providing excellent experience with a global leader in the Financial Services sector.
The successful applicant will undertake a full range of advisory and project management tasks surrounding the set-up of new clients, as required for all EMEA jurisdictions.
Drawing on your existing skills and experience you will be able to add immediate value and make a difference to our fast-paced organisation.

As a Project Manager you will be the first point of contact for all new client take-on’s, understanding each Clients requirement, and liaising with other IQ-EQ departments to ensure all client deliverable's are completed in a timely manner.
You will provide support to the sales team and other teams as required including attending client pitches includes systems demo’s .
Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met. You’ll be required to provide support to the Sales team and other teams as required.
You’ll need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.

- Accounting Qualification
- 3 Years + private equity experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelors degree
