As an experienced Manager, you will join our Financial Management Group, providing analysis and presenting periodic reporting deliverables. You will proactively partner with the business to provide insights and analysis and help drive business performance.
In this challenging role, you will review and present on the performance of the business, with your key responsibilities including analysing, reviewing and discussing information with senior stakeholders. You will identify, develop and analyse key business metrics and have close interactions with various stakeholders. You will manage onshore staff members & oversight of the work of offshore staff members. Another key element to this role is driving the implementation of a new cornerstone analytical software.
This is an exciting opportunity and will bring you direct exposure to senior business stakeholders who will challenge and provide you with variety in your role as well as opening future opportunities to develop your skills with guidance from team leads.
Your technical skills and qualifications will include a tertiary degree in Accounting or similar, a CA/CPA/CIMA qualification is essential, coupled with 5+ years of appropriate post qualified experience in financial services. You will be a confident leader who has a background in accounting, finance, tax or treasury and a strong interest in maintaining a career in financial services. Required soft skills include high attention to detail and the appreciation of the "big picture" as well as strong Excel modelling skills with additional data analytics experience being preferable (PowerBI and/or Alteryx).
