An international Investment Management with strong heritage and offers corporations and institutions with award-winning financial solutions. To facilitate their rapid growth, they are now seeking for a high-caliber to join them.

Work in conjunction with management team in executing the annual global audit plan using a risk-based approach. Perform testing and evaluation of internal control activities throughout the organization to improve effectiveness and identify gaps in control activities and governance while achieving business objectives, and strategies. Plan and lead integrated financial, operational, and information systems reviews. Demonstrate consistent ability to lead varied and complex assignments, including cross business units, global project assignments, and high profile consulting requests. Determine scope, objectives and procedures to assess the adequacy of internal control activities and compliance with various requirements. Maintain a current understanding of business environment including regulatory and legal framework. Modify the scope and/or approach as necessary to focus resources on the most significant areas. Assure reviews are completed on time and within budget. Execute reviews in accordance with accepted professional standards. Perform in-depth analyses of business processes and risks. Design and perform test plans to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls. Formulate possible solutions to address deficiencies. Document audit procedures and results in accordance with professional standards. Appraise adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions. Communicate results of analysis. Facilitate discussions of "best practices" internally and externally. Negotiate with customers to develop action plans to address control activities that do not align with business goals and objectives. Provide accurate and complete information to customers and other stakeholders on the state of business risks and status of action plans. Network with customers and share best practices and stay current on key business initiatives. Proactively promote wide understanding within the organization about risks and control strategies. Establish communication structures and processes for creating this understanding within the organization. Identify and escalate any strategic implications to the organization based on audit findings. Based on analysis of the alternatives, provide recommendations for the optimal course of action for the operation. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

To qualify, you will be a degree holder with CPA or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required, experience in asset management or wealth management is a definite plus. Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and persuasion skills. Sound communication skills ins English and Chinese. Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve complex risk management issues. Traveling required.
