Description

This temporary Accounts Assistant position will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Inputting Invoices and Credit Notes
  • Processing expenses
  • VAT returns
  • Maintenance of company fixed assets
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • General administration duties
  • Adhoc Duties

Profile

The successful candidate for this temporary Accounts Assistant position will need to have the following skills:

  • Sage Line 50 experience
  • Prior Accounts exposure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Available on short notice (maximum 1 week)
