Reputable, multinational Aerospace business seeking a Management Accountant to join their team of 15. Assisting with month end, reporting on P&L + analysis, budgeting and forecasting; this role requires someone who's ACCA / CIMA part qualified and having knowledge of SAP is desirable. Situated just off the M5 this is a desirable location for people who drive.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

  • Month end close of accounts in SAP
  • Monthly reporting of accounts to Head Office using their database
  • Monthly review of Engineering performance versus budget with Head Office and site senior manager
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly expenditure reports
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly Program reports for Program management
  • Forecasting and budget management of accounts
  • Forecasting and budget management for overheads
  • Support other functions with claims from external funding bodies
  • Financial analysis and reconciliations
  • Ad hoc reporting for managers
  • Lease with senior stake holders across the business

    The successful Management Accountant:

  • Previous experience of assisting with month end
  • Knowledge of SAP
