Client Details
Our client is a data, new-developing organisation that is recognised as a leading company in their unique field. They have a net of business operations spread across Asia Pacific with Shanghai being its central hub. Following a recent promotion, they are looking for a new AP Accountant to support their well-run team.
Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager (also based in Shanghai), and working closely with the overseas AP team, you will be responsible for supporting their Accounts Payable function:

Business as usual AP work flow;

Manage all China market invoices;

Introduce process improvements and standards improvement initiatives;

Coordinate with external vendors

As the team is well-established and the business operates smoothly, this role is expected to give a healthy work life balance for the right candidate. s

Profile
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills. You will ideally have 2years+ AP experience. If you managed a lot of vendors, it would be highly preferred. We are open to candidates from any industry but oversees experience would be highly favourable.
